The Wild Animal Sanctuary in Keenesburg, CO is home to over 450 rescued animals- mostly large carnivores such as Lions, Tigers, Wolves and Bears. They came from places like circuses, roadside attractions, backyards and the entertainment industry, but now they have a permanent home where they can roam in large-acreage habitats and live the rest of their lives in peace on the grasslands of Colorado. Did you know that it costs approximately $8,000 to care for one large carnivore for a year? Please help us support this incredible organization provide care for these amazing animals!
